So yeah. Fufu is honestly just very good as a stunner. She's almost entirely off field, gives huge crit damage modifiers, ultimate refund, ultimate and chain attack damage. She's the Astra of stunners. Even more hands off than Trigger.

You don't. Hitting 3400 attack isn't required. You can hit 3000 easily and you only lose like 5% overall damage on your DPS.

Not true. Jufufu gets 19% crit rate off the bat. You can run a crit rate disc and hit the 50% for summit easily and run 2 attack discs. If you get some atk% or crit rate sub stats you can eventually drop the crit rate disc for an attack disc and slot in an impact disc for better stun times.

Chain, Special and Basic are the only necessary skills and you can settle at 10 or 11 without much loss.

Not really true. Fufu is a side grade for Lighter in Evelyn teams since it gives Evelyn way more on field time for generating her threads. Also her massive crit damage, chain damage and ultimate damage buffs are at least as good as Lighter.
She's also so generalist she can slot nearly anywhere unlike Lighter and frees up Astra for some teams.

Okay I get it now. I pulled for Fufu against my best interest (pulling Yuzuha). She's the most comfy stunner.
She's going to see much more general use just because of the extra stuff she gives. If you have Hellfire Gears, that's all she needs really. Her WEngine is so unneeded I'm surprised they were fine with that.

Ju Fufu adds 1k max decibels, so instead of 3000 you can have 4000 in total. In addition, each time Yi Xuan casts Ult she recovers 300 decibels (and since she casts them often, it means speeding up ult recovery massively). Essentially, with that Yi Xuan can cast 3 ults (4 at M6) during 1 stun window.

Yi Xuan also needs to be on field to earn teach poitns, so only off field stunners like Fufu/Trigger/Pulchra work well with her.
