The more I play Arbites the more I think that Castigator's Stance might be better than charge. I feel like it's a way better "oh fuck" button due to maxxing out your toughness and giving you 80% DR. Also it's additional nodes suck ass(maybe except for the reserve ammo one if you're using a bolter), so you don't have to take 2 skill points tax like with charge. CD also isn't a problem if you're playing with Execution Order. I guess charge could be better if I played with forceful instead?

I wish the developers were unapologetic straight white dudebros.

I can see it being Navy Breacher unironically, despite people going literally WHO and asking WHY once it's out
Arbites exists because it let them put focus on underused weapons so far that were Shotguns and Mauls
Navy Breacher would come with focus on Axes while also being soft update for Arbites by giving him Shield and Shotgun which would come with Navy guys. Also easy 2h Axe ports from VT2 and 2h Chainaxe which could be added to other classes
C.A.T. Unit and explosive Gheistskull could make use of npc ally Dog system. In options when switching from double tag to single tag controls, game even talks about generic npcs "ally" and not dog in particular.
Could add meltagun and las-volley as well via paid dlc like this. It would be basically paid update to Vet, Zealot and Arbites and super easy to do, while fitting theme of the game

Running bottom left keystone, the dog deals relevant damage to things I need it to kill, but the bleed virtually never comes up. The shit that needs to get knotted isn't usually around trash anyway, and bleeding a theoretical clowncar of shotgunners is irrelevant when I'm already shoving my shock maul up their assholes.

The usual method is to just make an Ogryn only colony on a world that can support tthem and come back a few generations later.
Ogryns can handle themselves for the most part so long as the planet is appropriate for them.

Kroot are comparable to Space Marines in general, not just in strength. They fight with the skill and strength of an Astartes with a combat knife in melee combat. More notable ones like the Grey King can evenly wrestle and outright overpower Primaris Marines. They’re also typically 8 feet tall, as stated in War of Secrets. They wouldn’t be a wide as Ogryns but they’d a nuisance all the same, the only option would be to make them shorter so they can actually move around the damn map and that kind of ruins the aesthetic. Also, their gimmick of assimilating the traits of enemies they eat would be entirely unused here, they aren’t stupid, they know that eating certain things is a very bad idea, chief among them being Tyranids, but also naturally Poxwalkers/Chaos in general.
Their main weapon is the Kroot rifle, which isn’t exceedingly powerful given they’re traditionally portrayed to have the impact power of a bolter shell, so there’s not much issue there, and they aren’t limited to it, so there’s some potential on that front.
Overall it’s a very different thing from Ogryns who while stronger than SMs are logically nerfed by their intelligence, putting a Kroot in might as well be putting in a Space Marine what with how clever and strong they are, and thus far they haven’t really been giving any hints as to how far they want to bend the rules in that regard, or if Gee Dubs will even let them.
