And finally, Animax and Jetix aired the Spanish dub for the Rockman.EXE anime. Not a lot of anime got spanish dubs back in the day, its why DBZ is still so culturally relevant in south america, it was the BIGGEST spanish dub of an anime ever. So, something even a 20th of that size was gonna be culturally relevant.

Strictly speaking, the charged version of Rising Fire is a great mobility weapon. It allows X to perform a double jump even after a dash compared to Kuuenbu. The short energy limit seems like it could be a hindrance but the way X4 and the other PSX titles handle special weapon energy (restored on death or stage load) doesn't gimp the weapon mobility-wise. But the real limit of this weapon is that there aren't any situations to use it effectively. You can use Rising Fire to climb to Storm Owl's Arm Capsule to switch busters but it doesn't matter, there's no value using Rising Fire instead Lightning Web. Maybe it's a weapon that could've been more useful if X4 level design hacks existed but that's not a thing. Ironically, I can think of some uses for charged Rising Fire if it were to exist in either X5 or X6.
