The story is VN based. (no voices tho)
But it's good (minus the 9 first chapters (there are 30+ kek)) The characters are always the same they get "power ups" (frame) as the story advances so you really get the feeling of a journey and the MC is a key character very important to the story. (we also have some NPCs/Bosses that are turned into playable characters so that's nice)
But it's more interactive in the later chapters (more 3d segments, voiced etc)
The combat is good especially if you get good units, very f2p friendly too thanks to the large amount of currency given to you + no 50/50 on the character banner pity at 60 pulls. (weapon is 80% with pity at 30).
There is a lot of events and different game mode for you to enjoy beside the story and it will be overwhelming at first, if you really decide to play the game you're welcome to ask for tips or advices.

Experimented a bit with solo Selena, but it doesn't seem to be very viable, you just can't sustain enough orbs even if you use blue. If there wasn't a restriction on flower ult, it might've worked since it gives 3 orbs back.
Unfortunately, phys is still very scuffed and unfriendly for new players, and it probably won't change any time soon unless new phys amp will be able to go fully solo like Vera.

Here's sick lifehack for you, if you're having problems with 5 slashes rotation.
Slash ult can be queued, and technically it could be used before you see the visual indication of it being available. So, after you do the usual first two (same as in eclipse rotation), ping two blue, hold attack and during that, already hold ult button down, and spam blue orbs. You won't even see orb animation, but you'll get energy and your ult will go through right away.
Then you just repeat it two more times, and here you go, you're now a pro at 5 slashes flux rotation. It's really satisfying to do.

The most popular cavern systems in my country are a few kilometers long, I won't go into these just yet.
The cave is 50km from where I live (big city). It's not too long, only a few hundred meters, not too popular. I have researched this before, I will bring enough supplies and equipment for a few days. The cave is not fully mapped, but I think I could go a bit further in. I will bring ropes to mark the way out if I go into unmapped sections. Don't worry, I know the rules. If I think a passage is too tight for me to enter, I won't try to squeeze through it. There are flooded sections, but I won't go underwater, though it would be cool to take a few pictures there.

Depends on what else you have. Physical is quite demanding on sigs if you want to fully maximize debuffs and buffs.
Hanying for the extra shred and the ability to put 4p Patton. Wanshi and Nanami for pure damage to score higher in PPC, Warzone, easier Norman etc. Alisa is you want to maximize 4p DaVinci while also using her memories, but in my opinion you should get Hanying's first before Alisa's. Watanabe not sure since I don't have him.
On average every element should have at least 1 member with sig.

Convenience-wise, I'd say Hanying if you can give her dlt, otherwise Nanami.

The point of gen3 tanks is to provide off-field shred (Uncle fucking sucks at it btw fuck you kuro leap when), so that your Vera-sama could do more damage consistently. Without SS, he'll be kinda slow on first ult, but it's doable. Regardless of Vera rank, he'll only do one rotation anyways, just to activate his off-field shred.
All that, however, is only relevant if you also have Lucia. If you're going to play Vera solo, then any Uncle's rank under SS3 doesn't matter, since it doesn't affect his shred as a qte bot.

Both are very strong in their affix team, enough for both slash and burn to have highest scores currently. Even with new Bianca dark likely won't get close to them.
However, they aren't all that good in their regular elements. Even at SSS+, they'll just barely reach the level of SSS Selena/Lucia, still being a bit below them.
But also, they'll likely have a decently long life in meta, since with affixes overall frame life cycle's getting longer, especially now that another affix got introduced with Bianca.
Also, Dante has a unique perk of having one of the longest timestops in the game.

I use a 21:9 monitor.
In the past, you could alt-enter to full screen the game but it would stay in 16:9, but with a few extra steps from the setting menu you could correct it to 21:9.
