Drac doesn't start casting his Hell's Judgement !! until he's below 80% hp, and you can ignore his essence drain attacks with undead/evil armor. You can flee his normal attacks with 250 flee.
What you'd want to do is equip kasa garment / ring of flame lord, stand on top of him with myst case, scalpel, green operational coat plus x2 bonus drop accessory of choice (I like blazzer clips). Grind up some zeny, see if anybody is selling spare goibne's sets. They're usually cheap and plentiful and people just throw them away/vendor it.
Check out playershops on the streets for any 1h swords you can afford, otherwise it's going to be the prontera/izlude NPC for you and just buy whatever is reasonable for your wallet with the highest attack. Fireblends are usually pretty cheap and easy fire element to grind earth enemies with. If you're feeling really funny you could pay a blacksmith to make an ice or wind flamberge/saber and that'll let you take on a variety of different things too.

Fundamentally breaking the game so early is extremely based and fun.
The first 60~ levels give you rapid progression and allow you to switch maps frequently while gaining power.

Quagmire really trivializes the experience, making some maps far too easy, and the gigantic AOE of Wiz turns you into something else entirely.
Classic was nice since there were very few classes with such power, and all required significantly more gear.

#2 Merchant/Blacksmith
While fundamentally "weak" and requiring an absurd cash flow in a non-private server environment to be competitive, Merchie opens up an entirely new way to play and is a non-standard option not present in other MMOs.

#3 Priest/HPriest
No other game has had such a broken Support class with nearly unlimited utility, and can function as a tank too.

If you use AP rounds all the time, you won't notice a difference. Piercing Shot is for when you want to use elemental bullets instead(for example, if a map has mobs with different elements and you need to load different elements for each one), and for bosses(which are not covered by AP rounds).
The bleeding is largely useless against mobs.

Comparing D2 ladder (you probably played non-/hc anyways scrub) with wiping MMOs is the most retarded comparison I've seen.
D2 was already finished for a while and having ladder wipes served as its main source of competition.

MMOs usually don't require wipes since there will be new stuff to be done so wiping doesn't work, plus having to grind the same rare gear over and over just so you can keep on doing the same dungeon you've done a hundred times is boring.

Sooner or later some of you are gonna have to admit that since the reddit hugbox server for ERP lovers doesn't have competition, and you've done the same shit countless times just cannot go on, it won't thrive or last with how it currently is. You're asking if we have grayworld and textureless maps? No, we don't have any of that. Visually, it looks like the vanilla game.
There are two .exes in the folder, so you can choose transparency and no-transparency. Choosing the transparency one makes objects see-through when your character is behind them, but sometimes can glitch and cause the floor under you to disappear, hence why it's optional.

Can you at least remove the -30% range damage penalty from the black wing armor set? It's comedically bad in almost every way and the trap damage bonus isn't even remotely worth losing being able to jack-of-all-trades the class. Updates are always sent through the patcher. The one named "00 Ragnav3 Patcher.exe" inside your folder. In this case, no files were needed. The items already existed, I just had to update monster drop tables server-side. You can check using @mi command.

You don't really need to balance traps at all, just not nerf bow damage output that you still need to be able to stack traps because this is a no stack server.
Servers that let you place traps on enemies/themselves people just run bazeralds so the damage nerf wouldn't matter anyway.

I can't imagine a non-WoE world where you'd choose 20% trap damage over 58% bow damage. Honestly bigger since theres probably some greater numerical gulf when one is a 30% penalty. (Not asking for free trap stacking without arrow shower either though at least being able to place one under enemies or yourself would help)
