As for reruns it depends. They usually rerun a character when it's a recommended teammate like Phrolova wants Cantarella so Cantarella will rerun with her. In general right now reruns don't happen very often but last patch we had a rerun of every single character in one banner. Honestly their stance on reruns is not very clear. They used to happen often in 1.X but not that often in 2.X so we don't know how they will handle it in the future.
I had the oddest dream about Peaks of Prestige for some reason. One significant thing to note about is that we got 4 new elites and new cards. One of the new cards is a cute yellow furry spider

Aerover is a floaty whore who does a bit of damage, who heals. His outro also increases how many stacks of erosion an enemy can have by 3. Normally an enemy can only have 3 stacks at once. Putting 6 stacks on them is a significant upgrade as you can see.
Phoebe can work since Aerovers skill in the air converts other debuffs into erosion. You can add frazzle with phoebe and convert it into erosion.

That's 149 crit dmg + 20 crit dmg from her signature.

If you fail more than five times evaluate what you could do better to increase the flow of your playing to get your damage out better.
