Defeating all the DL before Kekblis is one of the A endings. The 2 easiest A endings (1 is easier and the harder is only possible in a NG+) is you kicking down Keklis's door and rape him. Another A ending requires you to defeat all the second DL in each region one way or another. If you don't do it the normal way, you will have to fight them in a up to 4 DL in a row gauntlet. The final is as stated, defeating every one then rape Kekblis's entire army.
