Are there any units that would fit better on my current team? As I understand, Wilhelmina's high chain doesn't really synergize with baTeresse.
I still haven't rolled on the 12 costumes banner or used any of my 5* selective costume tickets, so I could get some better units if I have nothing better at the moment.
But I like Rou. She's cute and looks like she has a useful AoE ability, can I use her?

Summer Teresse is good with characters that hit hard ONCE like Eclipse, Morphea or Lathel, while Wilhelmina is much more suited for high chains with characters like Olstein, Celia, Summer Dalvi etc. That version of Rou would work well with Summer Teresse, and is an overall good beginner/new account character, but is an overall weak costume and her other ones have better synergy overall in making her a dodge tank of sorts

With your tickets you should really try to get Homo Lathel or Helena, and eventually Diana as buffers are meta defining for most team comps. Remember that damage is good, but buffs are usually more important

keep Wilhelmina for the sex factor but have her go last to not affect Teresse's buff.
if you get a better 3x3 nuker other than Dalvi ditch her as well. you'll want 2 strong 3x3 dps to power through to chapter 12.
use Elpis instead of Arines since we're going magic instead of phys.
Helena B rank idol from the selector goes alongside Elpis kicking Wilhelmina out or just instead of Elpis depending on your preference.

Liatris works with Beach Teresse, all three of her costumes, one of which can be picked up from the pub and is the best one to get since it is a 3x3 grid attack
If you have lots of selective tickets handy, I'd recommend going for Liberta. The more copies the better, as at +3 she gets 50% crit rate buff, but keep in mind that you can also get a copy from the pub, eventually
And instead of the 12 pick, I'd recommend the 1 pick for now. Yes you can get spooked by off-banner characters, but you can also point buy whoever you chose, unlike on the 12 pick where it all becomes dust.
Kry and Justi can certainly go, Wilhelmina can be your cleaner
Stray Cat will eventually fall of, but she's perfectly fine for you right now. Her red riding hood and base costumes see use in magic teams and pvp respectively.

I'd argue the pick 12 is more of a noob trap since while you'll always get one of the 12 from your list, you're not ever guaranteed to get one of the 12 you primarily want.
But yeah, if you're not hung up on which party to start with, then I'd honestly recommend switching over to a magic team
Bride Eclipse is pretty good and she works great with Beach Teresse. Elpis is a fantastic magic atk and crit bugger. Then I'd recommend picking up Venaka from the pub, she has no pub requirement (but might take a minute for her to show up. Another recommendation is to pick up the 3* and 4*s so that you just get 5* pub appearances.) She's a 3x3 aoe attacker, low chain count, and is crucial for wind teams. And with the 5* character selectors, I'd start picking up b idol Helena. Or if you're not looking to use those tickets yet, Samay's student costume is respectable matk buffer and healer.
Honestly though, at sp 6, the game is still easy enough to go with who you want. I was rocking Eleaneer and Wilhelmina until 8, then Liatris and Wilhelmina until sp10 before I realized that I'm supposed to diversify with buffers instead of just lugging around Refi and Diana.

With her bunny outfit along with Refi, her witch costume will do 18 chains in a 3x3 aoe and her curse costume will do 21 chains.
This means any characters after her will be doing at least +180% damage/210% damage

Therese's original costume was a dps/push effect like Rou's but her next 2 costumes were both meta support effects.

Slowly finishing up current content for bd2
Once I clear out the next two difficulties for those story chapters, I'll just have the last 10 of ToJ/W, last 40 of ToD (I don't think I'm well equipped for those 111-120 water-weak floors,) and then just getting better scores in everything else.
Hrm, wish the other towers would reset their rewards.
Or maybe just more character packs.
