Based on what I've seen here, other places and my own experiences, I'm convinced Cy can directly control your wins. Many anons and myself have the same story of "I was winning a ton with this deck and now I can't win at all". What's the motivation though, either to force people to have multiple decks or some other motivation. Thoughts?
