I used to be low spender in genshin and this game seems to be slightly more generous with free rolls per patch which means you should get a decent amount of 5* per year as long as you're not a turbo lucklet and skip weapons banners.
That said its more expensive to be a waifu collector in wuwa because there are not as many easy males to skip and all the character models and weapons are gorgeous within a gorgeous game. I really think wuwa has the best gacha products to swipe for on the market.
If you can, you should supplement your rolls with the monthly/big event bundles
I wont lie, wuwa is designed to be more attractive to medium/dolphin spenders because there is no weapon coinflip. You can swipe for weapons without breaking the bank which helps gather up corals to buy "free" limited dupes with waveplates

The problem is with you guys needing perfect echoes and wasting resources by not using your echo exp and tuners correctly. Literally all you need on every DPS echo is to have crit rate and crit damage on every piece as substat. That is it. Anything more is a bonus. Yes, even min rolls. You also don't need to farm an echo for every single character. Just the 1.0 Fusion set can be used on like 5 resonators including Brant. You can literally put a single good Moonlit set on any sub-dps. On a healer set you don't even have to care about anything just have a single energy regen sub-stat on every single piece. You know what, fine, I spoonfeed you.

Healer Echoes:
Have 1 ATK and 1 HP rejuv set you can use on a healer depending on what they scale with. On both set all you need is an energy regen sub-stat for every echo piece.

There are literally posts in this very thread of people clearing with S0 resonators and 4* or standard 5* weapons. Also, it is not just "memorizing rotation" and this is how I know that you are not good at the game yet. Besides the obvious dodge counter damage + concerto regen, you also have the concerto management which will change how you play a character from team to team and then you also have quickswapping. For echoes, literally all you need is to have crit rate and crit damage on every piece. That is it. Again, come back with a better attitude and we will help you. If you somehow still aren't there, however, I believe you can at least get some of the flowers you need by doing her tutorial simulation or whatever its called. You don't need to speedrun story, it's not very long (most patches are around 3 hours long). Just skip exploration and leave companion quests for later. Doing the story first is kinda encouraged because you need materials from later regions and for events that have time limited rewards.
