Banner durations are one of those gacha things that don't really change. They set up a schedule and a tempo and delaying them to 4 weeks is usually a bad sign that the game isn't making enough money to sustain the regular pace of development.

it's a downward trend towards the end. the first sign is usually mass alters, then longer banners, then it will be less events, with more reruns and no new features being added. eventually it will go into maintenance mode where there is no new content and stuff is just recycled with minimum effort to keep the servers running.
some gachas can run for multiple years like this until it eventually eos.
or sometimes the publisher will just pull the plug without warning.

According to A Schizo Show (the after-stream show run by the VGL streamers), if nobody steps up to be the new caretaker/manager, but the thread wants the team to continue, then the VGL guys can basically put the team on "life support" for a maximum of one tournament. That would basically mean just basic autopilot tactics and stuff, and we wouldn't have as much say on some of the inner workings of the team. I might be wrong about all this, though. Actual summary of what happened, I have no strong feelings towards the /esg/ guy or /esg/ and I'm not an official in any way

>the people who run VGL make a bunch of tactics and then randomly distribute them to the autopilot teams, of which /esg/ is one
>divegrass guy sees the tactics given to /esg/ for VGL 24 and is unhappy with them and believes they're bad (he is not allowed to make them for /esg/ because he already makes them for another team)
>for some autistic reason, he gives /alg/ (the first team you played against) a set of sliders that he said would let them beat the team
>/alg/ didn't end up using these sliders because they didn't work well, but he did give them with the intent of showing that the tactics were actually bad

I truly think that he had no ill will and just had an autistic moment because he was unhappy for /esg/ and the tactics they were receiving. I assume that in his mind, it was his way of saying "look at how bad these tactics are that I can find something to beat them very quickly!" and didn't really think about the fact that he didn't have to give them away. It was stupid and not thought out well and also didn't even work because he didn't help them, but it wasn't done with ill intent from what I've seen.

The people who run VGL have said they'll be doing the same things your divegrass anon did for you during the next league (polls, making the aesthetics, getting any communication with the general done, updating the wiki), but after VGL 25, one of you needs to step up or the team dies.

Thank you so much! Here's what I need:

- Pick a fresh copy of your favourite rare Soul (for convenience, you can just consume it later to get your materials back)
- Let me know what ascension it is (any works but I need to know it for some calculations);
- Disable zodiacs;
- Write down the bonuses you get from the Main Ark system and the one that affects that Soul (for Lewayne it would be Main + Ranger, for example);
- Let me know if you have a full Soul Link bonus with them;

Now for the hard part, I need you to level her up one at a time for, let's say 50 levels, and write down the CP, ATK, HP, DEF values (both green and white values, this is important). Any sort of spreadsheet format or even raw text will work as long as it's in a consistent format. If you want to be credited in any way, you can send it through the anonymous feedback form with your name as a comment.

I suspect the old info sheet got something wrong about leveling but I wanna verify it and having a practical example of ingame values would help a lot.

No, it's perfect! It just doesn't answer all the questions I was hoping for but it still cleared some stuff up. CP formula doesn't seem to take stats into account but it sort of guesses it based on level, ascension and a few other factors. Sadly I'm too stupid to get all of it so I can't accurately recreate the results.

The other thing is that I could confirm that specific levels have a small stat boost as a result of the formula being used and that one is perfectly consistent with testing. What the old sheet did was compare CP % increase between levels which makes it seem like diminishing returns in terms of stats, but the stat gains only get higher with each level, they're just less relative to the total.
