People always forgot that she has Wisadel S3 tier damage with better DEF piercing that actually scales great With ASPD. But it's not surprising - Pepe is thin as paper and need enemy to come close, which greatly limits potential usage. So she is very risky, unforgiving option

Team 1 consistently deprived team 2 from any survivability picks (forced them to ban Hoe, grabbed Ulpi and Eijya) while sucessfully baited them with shiny SA+Mlynar combo which does many damage, but is unforgiving to mistakes. Vivi was last possible option to tank, and they banned her too. In the end, team 2 was set up to lose, which is happened.

With enough ASPD you can smack enemies enough while they're still stunned to get her S3 back up, and even if you can't because of king's relics and a bunch of other SP relics the downtime is not that big before she can get back to smashing
