Yes. I did poopoo man's quest up to the jail then forced him to drink and still finished Seluvis/Rannis line and ending while also getting the stone from Nephelis ending. It's convoluted but you can finish pretty much every quest and ending in one run.

I have now won my 100th game with randoms. Things I've noticed are that the playerbase has definitely improved since launch. I was at around 40% wins for the first half and about 80% on the the second half. In terms of characters
Wylder: okay to good players. about half of them you get queued with are doing their remembrance. Solid choice for randoms
Guardian: Seen less than 10 total. Either garbage and quits out or are fairly decent.
Ironeye: By far the most popular pick but about 80% are terrible, and get 3 barred quickly on bosses. They are the only characters I see at the end holding only 1 or 2 weapons. The other 20% are pretty good
Duchess: Probably the third most seen character. This one has seen by far the most improvement from launch to now in how they play.
Raider: Only played with a couple terrible ones. Most are ok to good
Revenant: By far the most aggressive pingers for routing. Most are surprisingly solid
Reculse: The quietest in terms of pinging the map. Players are obviously new to the character and are terrible or are good - no in between
Executor: Second most common and by far the worst players. Only had 2 or 3 that were good. Also all the racist names Ive played with have been them.

I'm not convinced by Seppeku and execs passive, it does not last long enough. Obviously the bleed buff does but re-applying that mid fight? Not a good idea, really it's more of a pre-boss setup tool to be used around Graces for free heals. I think the bleed/poison and chilling mist is the better setup overall.

in reality these character's effectiveness also varies between shifting earth and nightlord being fought, the only incredibly reliable character is ironeye but even his effectiveness is lessened on something like caligo or augur generally

Once you've been to certain layouts enough times, you'll know exactly where to look and how to get there. Holes in chapel floors, the sewer path in forts, that kind of shit. Basically you get very little or no hyper armor on smaller weapons like daggers and straight swords. You get some on great swords, and much bigger multiplier on things like weapon arts, and great hammers/Colossal weapons.

You can do the castle comfortably at 4 as long as the basement isn't elmer. Using the non elmer boss to stimulus your team to 6/7.

Speaking from experience with randoms at a very high winrate, if you're not going to shotcall or somebody beats you to it, the absolute easiest way to guarantee a loss or disconnect is not sticking with the team. Short of them wanting to fight deep in the rain, just stick with them. Even common sense shit like deviating for a rise or dipping into the mine is too risky with the average random.

3-9 starlight shards and a boss orb that gives your choice of either a purple staff, purple talisman or a passive buff / physick buff. mostly for casters but the passive buff and talisman can be good for melee builds (physical attack increase, stamina increase, some talismans like Warrior Jar Shard etc). but they're mostly for mages so if you aren't a recluse/revenant/duchess then most people think they're a waste of time. so don't expect your team to follow you, you gotta do them solo 90% of the time

The basement was actually a Leonine Misbegotten. After I arrived it turned out it was almost dead, so I killed it in one hit. If the Recluse hadn't disconnected she would've won the fight the next revival.
