Best ones in the pub are Olstein in pack 5, Diana in pack 10, Liberta in pack 15 and Celia in any. Liatris in pack 8 is very good. Refi is also very good. Only 2 to avoid are base Michaela and Apostle Morpeah. Both terrible costumes. Morpeah is only worth getting if you have her swimsuit one at +5. Bunny Morpeah is also pretty crap.

i did like ~130k with Priestess and Angelica The Fallen did 200somethingk one time off because she has 5 turns cooldown without tears.
The Fallen can be recruited from the tavern randomly.
if you tear her, she'll have 3 turns cooldown and can potentially almost solo the fight.
she should do more than 200k with Diana but i can't remember if i used Diana in the fight or not desu.
anyway, idk if it's worth spending a tear on her to get over Nox or not desu.

Overall this year is better than the first summer, but I still think last year’s summer was better in both (non prestige/glupy wise) meta and fanservice.
