I made a quick model to try and explain how I'm seeing the Knight's helmet shape. It's not a pure diamond, but rather some kind of star shape that goes back behind the head to make more spikes.
This is probably why it can "take off the helmet". It's a big visor.

Is the voice in Spamton's music supposed to be his voice? He is very small, so it would make sense that he's so high pitched sounding.

I never understood this sentiment. The most empowering thing in a video game is to be able to make decisions, especially ones that are the result of logical systems as opposed to scripted choices. The most empowering games are immersive sims where you can avoid all combat and western cRPGs that have a million choices and routes. I enjoy JRPGs a lot and in my jaded opinion it depends a lot on how the story develops. It's why, to me, most earlier Dragon Quest games are a boring slog in comparison to Final Fantasy that often took more time to develop a driving narrative around its characters.

That is the Gaster we're speaking to, the one who knows we were looking for him in Undertale and invited us to the world of Deltarune. Maybe to correct his mistake? It would explain the personal connection, perhaps responsibility, that he seems to feel toward Kris, Noelle and Susie.

in ch 2 there was a bit of emergent gameplay i liked. i ran out of health items at one point. but i figured out if you continually graze a Tasque attack you get easy TP. do this constantly to have ralsei heal the party without items. when i found this out it was incredibly satisfying and my most memorable experience in ch 2.
