Then you can reroll for SSR Support card Super Creek and hope you eventually roll 3 more copies of it later to make it good (You won’t).
If you don’t really care and want an easy time, reroll a few times for 3-5 Copies of SR Speed Sweep Tosho on the gacha where she’s on rate up.
Otherwise reroll for some characters you like and dump the remaining rolls on the Speed Sweep Tosho rate up banner.

Aptitude for position means basically nothing and Rudolf is a gigastacy with a B in Front on top of her pace/late being A and even a C on End closer, she can literally run any position because she's the God-Emperor of Horsekind.

IRL it varies wildly, some have careers of up to ~10 years. The reason IRL horse careers end short don't apply to Uma horses though, there's no economic incentive to quickly accrue a racing record in 3 years and then sell.them off for breeding/stud rights and umas have human lifespan. The game handwaves it as "the first three years are important for defining your career" but nothing says they can't keep racing after for long after. That's what the Dream series is for in-universe, plus overseas uma competitions still exist and you go abroad to compete in those as condor and some others

Recovery skills are % based so yes on a sprinter you could probably get the same benefit just by training stamina a few times
If you have a surplus of skill points and can't afford training stamina obviously get them but it's not like with Long where you're saving yourself 150+ points of stamina with one
