Remember you're playing a team game and remember so many factors are just out of your control.

For what you personally could have done? Stay right in front of another healer to maximize chance of getting healed by them, stay by a peni nest (hopefully she put it near a tight space so if the panther is good he has to get caught up in it to kill you and risk dying to mines).

At the very start you can also see you're in a Dagger healing bubble. You might have just stayed in it and let your balls and her bubble outheal his damage. The dagger might have also just healed you by accident if she doesn't respond to your ping since she's likely still looking at the bubble she placed.

A hitscan sniper in these types of games is a bad idea in the first place and for her kit it would make more sense to be more mid-range if they wanted to mix the melee aspect, to weave in and out of melee and mid range and add synergy between both ranges. Like the rifle marks enemies and you deal extra damage or whatever with melee attacks, while melee attacks build up slow on them to make them easier to hit with the rifle or something.

She has by far the worst kit out of any hero shooter. It's hilariously terrible in terms of design, how hard it sucks and not fulfilling the hero fantasy (making you feel like you're embodying the character from the comics).

The kit is so poorly designed she will forever suck because no amount of tweaking can make her viable unless you pump up her sniper to broken levels, but that is once again extremely bad design.

Like if your team needs a barrier tank there are few options, then some might get banned and potentially there might be one you're not good at or don't like playing.
Compared to Duelist, tank options are hilariously restricitve.
