It's a fun silly little anime waifu shooter, it doesn't have nowhere near the depth or skill ceiling that the other big team based tactical shooters have, it is of course way better than your average shitty new shooters but it falls short in the competitive side which is why ranked is a desert and many players just leave for actual big challenges. Clearly devs realized this and have been adding more casual modes and silly stuff

Practice, practice practice practice, then practice even more, practice makes perfect, some people have natural talent but most of the good snipers you see are product of these players having at least 2k hours of practice playing sniper in either strinova or any other game, the 15yo kid who was playing sniper in warzone/csgo in 2020 is now the cracked sniper you find in the opposite team, he's 5 years ahead of you when it comes to practice.
