There is zero reason reason for anyone to believe that the PC version will be magically fixed, have faster transitions or loading times for literally anything.
It will be a real rude awakening for people, especially after Uma came out and ran superb. There is still some ironing out you can do with this game, but it's miniscule compared to BAs code base.
If I remember right there once was a dev that has been quoted saying "We want/need to overhaul the codebase before we can release it on PC". Great in theory, but mobile still runs like shit.

When you start it you level up so fast and get constant stamina regen that you can actually play it a ton like several hours.

If you are not training wit, than you are already doing something wrong. Training wit is almost impossible to not train on a good horse, since it's the only way to reliably recover energy while also getting friendship and good events.
Yes, it's possible that one or another skill doesn't activate, but with a decent wit, skill activation should be around 80~90%, so around 4 out of 5 skills should activate at least per race. And if it doesn't? You have enough alarm clocks to make it a statistical impossibility to get fucked so often.
