I'm at my wit's end here, I can't seem to fix this nor can I find anything online that gives me any help.
The hood for this armor set is invisible on non human races (khajits, argonians, orcs) but visible on everyone else. And it's only the hood. I've gone into xedit and looked through the data entries for the armor, deleted every reference to race specific models, patched the game, etc. but I can't get it to work. None of the other armor pieces have references so specific races, just the hood.

I would put it slightly above the Summerset Isles mod. It has the same issues as that mod probably because it followed the same development trajectory.
The biggest issue has to be the general lack of polish. Everything about it is uneven, in case of the terrain quite literally.
The "quests" and NPC interactions are all front loaded and they don't amount to much. Once you've restored the town NPCs sandbox outside of their homes and you end up having access to less facilities. The climax isn't particularly interesting either and just made me go "thats it?" after a 20 hour long stretch.
I would give it 6/10 but won't recommend you play it.

Their theology is simple: Everlasting Imperfection is bad. Lorkhan is good because he brought Unstable Mutation into creation, and Unstable mutation is good. Boethiah revealed this to Veloth, who revealed this to their people.
If you fit Almsivi into it, they were demoted to saints because they brought Unstable Mutation (literally the most powerful beings in existence), but brought Everlasting Imperfection by focussing on turning Morrowind into a relatively peaceful, unified nation rather than letting the Dunmer adapt on their own. Even Unstable Mutation turns into Everlasting Imperfection, and there comes a point where it's time to move on.
That being said, we don't know how much even survived. There may or may not have been a "Velothi High Culture" that imploded long before the Chimer allied with the Dwemer to drive the Nords out of Resdayn.

When all this shit was written (Morrowind) the Nords were written as quasi-Paganists who largely disregarded the Imperial Cult, and the "passionate Tribunal-temple worship" of the Dunmer was contrasted to the irreligiosity of the rest of the Empire.
