That explain in various events that classes are just books on tape and reading manuals. There is no one teaching the classes, classes are mostly videos or guest lectures.

Naturally there is some confusion since localizers occasionally change lines in ways that confuses the lore. For example the Momoi womb line that was entirely made up by localizers, which still creates confusion even now. They've very specific to never call anyone else a sensei in this game, there are no full time teachers at all. Most students when you meet them for the first time, Mika, Koyuki, various other characters say they've never met a real sensei before.
