Hmm, it seems to be trying to to turn Eleanor into medic role by making her revolve around removing debuffs. I kindof hate it since Eleanor's gimmick revolved around inflicting wet. This one doesn't have any wet support on it. It also doesn't fix the core issue of her lacking a heal skill. I dunno honestly. Right now, it doesn't seem like we need it since none of the bosses really inflict enough debuffs to make this set meta. On the other hand, the weapon buffs stampede, which has a modifier of 250% crit damage. Hmm, after some research...I think it's safe to say that with the Lan and Lina supporter, The new Eleanor weapon is cracked. Big ass crit damage + multihit + penetration and then reducing the cooldown massively with supporters makes Eleanor do ridiculous amounts of damage very fast. I was originally mad that it didn't have anything to do with wet afflication, but now I see why. DPS Eleanor is crazy if you can fix the skill cooldown issue.

When I tested this on Normal TW, using her instead of Sora, I only reached just under 1 million, and enough damage was being taken that Phantasma and Tokiko got taken out. Sora could surpass 7 million, actually breaking his gauge more often due to sheer damage.

I like Francis, but she is not a good character from a gameplay perspective. Initially, her kit wasn't that good since her unique gimmick was Intoxicate, which you needed 5 tipsy stacks to get. The only skill that granted Tipsy was her follow-up skill and on top of that, you could get Intoxicate on the last enemy in a wave and it be completely wasted.

Her limited weapon later fixed that by giving her a Tipsy stack after using any skill, but that fundamental issue still exists. Plus she gets bullied pretty hard by projectiles if you don't have armor since her attacks are slow and don't feel like they do enough damage to justify being that slow.

Yukikaze hits like a truck on a green build and has very efficient skills on her green build. She's also got way better tools to work with over the years, including a pretty ridiculous weapon given away for free to new players just for making an account.

Mirabell just has her range, but she's got very low damage outside of her super mode. Shes a beast with her paid pack weapon, tho. Or at least some people say so. Half of her skillset is dead weight, the few usable skills she has have inconsistent accuracy, and contradictory to her ranged status many skills make her go in with melee. She has the gimmick of starting with her paricles half full, but it feels like a patch more than a boon.

Eleonor is really strong, she has huge AOE, deals massive damage, easily and safely cleans both large waves of enemies and a huge array of supporters for her blue build thanks to being both Assist and Demon makes her easily one of the best characters in the game. Despite her so-so appearance the fox is a new meta in the Total War following her renewal, toppling Spinel (despite canonically Spinel mogging her in everything: looks, personality, intellect, smarts, female BEST FRIEND, etc.). She can be scary in the pvp arena too, from my experience. Might be the anon actually likes her too, I don't judge.
Phantasma is great both as a character and as a playable character. Not in PVP but in Total War and VR she is a great support for debuffing enemies to heck and back.
Astaroth is a pretty high tier in all modes and my personal damage dealer for the VR. It helps that she can keep her distance from enemies and moves super fast while firing, dunno about her Red setup but her Green is GREAT and I've heard Blue is even better.
