Maki in volume F says Abydos students are all unnaturally strong compared to a lot of schools, they have to be strong to survive. Prefects are feared throughout Kivotos and Abydos destroyed them in volume 1 the second Ayame stopped cowering, Shiroko alone could probably handle most of Gehenna.
While Millenium characters are typically like lv20 in story
Highest level overall character was Mika, she was either lv85 or 90
