Unskilled or new to the mode players are getting paired with high rank players who got shoved in the match for muh queue times. The high rank, familiar with the mode player proceeds to stomp the bad/new players. Those bad/new players proceed to go cry that they were deleted from the lobby constantly, instantly targeting the hero/build that gave them shit, rather than realizing that they shouldn't have been paired with them to begin with. Juno isn't broken. She is mid-tier at best when up against players of similar skill. Match maker doesn't allow that to happen very often, so you are either stuck dealing with the problem yourself (because you are familiar with the mode and how to counter her by walking the fuck away), or stuck getting raped by her because you are out of position, don't have the skill needed to deal with her, and are praying for someone else on the team to notice and deal with her.

Pick the powers in order.
R1 take Compensator, Plasma Converter, and First Aid Kit.
R2 take ironclad, armored vest, and weapon grease. If you can't afford them (this is a solid indicator you are fucking up already), focus on ironclad and survival items.
R3 you take Kitsune. Ironclad will remain at all costs now, along with Kitsune. Sell everything else but keep First Aid Kit. If you have the cash, buy Power Playbook and Compensator. Take PP over Comp if you can only afford one or the other.
R4 is TTT. Keep the same shit as round 3 unless you have a cash excess, in which case prioritize upgrading PP to Nanocola or Custom Stock. Lux Loop is also good if your team is gigastupid. Throw your ring in to teamfights, don't use it selfishly.
R5 is when you actually can start being an annoyance and/or lobby wiper if the enemy is retarded. Cybervenom is required to go with stinger. Your core 4 items are now locked in (TTT/Cyber/Kitsune/Ironclad). You can sell FAK or PP/Nc if you are struggling for cash (again, a sign you are doing the build wrong).
R6 is where you have some options. I personally go for superflexor, but if you are really having a bad time, pick up Lumerico and play with your team rather than flank. Take Champ Kit if you can afford it over the other two.
R7 - Champ's kit. If you can't afford it, Nanocola. Play with your team and focus more on healing again.
