First team was Louhi, summer Castoria, and Castoria. Louhi clears first wave, summer second, both third wave.
Second team after my Louhi got maxed bonded is Christmas Arc, Tamamo lancer, and Oberon. Note that this team is super reliant on Oberon's NP killing the first wave, thus NP2 is preferred, so won't be very consistent if you're doing auto farming. Oberon first wave, Arc second, Tamamo third with normal attacks to deal with the extra mob.

Second wave, depending on your summer castoria's damage output, you might need to land a crit after that.
Third wave, smash all the NP charge button to get both Louhi and Summer Castoria to 100%. Louhi NP first then Castoria. There might be a case where your Summer Castoria might be a few percentage short of her NP. If you have an LB CE on her, that won't ever happen, but if you don't, then use a mystic code that has a 10% charge.
This is also assuming that your servants have a 20% starting charge.

It would be impossible for Type Moon to manage a 3D gacha. A 3D gacha, if we take Mihoyo's standards, requires that the story of a chapter be finished at least 1 year before its release. Sometimes, according to American VA, the dubbing was also finished 1 year before its release.
TM could never manage it. For FGO, they sometimes finished writing an event 1 week before its release. Something like "Nasu adding a rejected Ishtar sprite for Eresh at the last minute" or "Nasu rewriting LB6 6 months before its release" would have been impossible if FGO were a 3D gacha.

No Ruler than Jeanne gets to have defensive powers and even Jeanne is tailored so she isn't more broken than Mashu.

This actually got whales and everybody else to bitch about it on twitter, enough for the director to apologize on stream and make changes to the system like more free coins and the ability to freely switch between the opened passives.
The thing that tipped the scales this time around wasn't just the absurd cost, but the fact that previously they had introduced a system to convert the previously unwanted excess coins into a valuable resource and the UI actually encouraged you to burn them when you had a servant at level 120 and with all appends unlocked. This was actually enough ground to sue the company, because it meant that they just fucking lied to them.
