Is there any reason to actually uncap Air Shakur? Cleats don't disappear right, because that's 10 Rainbow cleats I can use for guaranteed SR tickets. Well she's mostly even with all the other WIT cards I have right now it seems, but FM has a higher benefit from friendship training, although it takes her longer to get there.
The difference between her and Scarlet or somebody is she gives better training effectiveness but worse mood effect, which is something she doesn't get at all until 3LB
But she does at least give practice perfect with her very first event.
So those kinds of things I'm not quite sure how to measure the tradeoffs.

Uma duplicates do matter but you have to have a lot more of them in order to increase the stars, whereas pulling duplicate cards has a much more substantial benefit.

Raising your Uma's stars raises their base starting stats, and raising their potential unlocks better skills for them.

Cards will uncap when you fill their diamonds so the more diamonds, the more levels and benefits unlocked during training.

Tl;dr dupe cards are quick and immediately helpful, dupe umas can be obtained long term.
