Same problem heroes for various patches like Geist, Warden, Seven but now Shiv and Abrams are unkillable, and Mcginnis has tanky turret nests certain heroes can't even kill. Nothinburger patches that probably don't actually reflect how the game will be in the future just to placate the few people that stuck around after 90% of the playerbase left due to garbage choices.

And while all this is going on there's a super secret real playtest that only pros and streamers have access to, and they are all the devs will balance around. Fuck this garbage.

The issue is that the most dishonest heroes are the strongest and it just makes the game unplayable. McGinnis and Geist can sit back on top of a building by a walker and spam turrets or bombs and shove waves infinitely for the entire game without any consequences. Bebop gets lucky with a hook and gets a free kill because yes. Shiv and Abrams, like you said, don't die. I guess I'm playing more out of habit at this point but this is actually a really unfun game, everything feels so janky and off still, and it's just designed to keep making you fail even if you get really good at the mechanics and macro.

Leaks are inherently irreplaceably important to this game right now. Let me elaborate:

Every single new online multiplayer game right now has a means of progression, or any sort of acknowledgement of the player, of the fact that he's been playing and a thanks for their support. Be it cases, skins, badges, levels, new content, anything rewarding the player for their loyalty and dedication. One could argue ranks fill that spot in Deadlock, but the low player count make it very hard to rank up, and it's especially impossible if you play with friends worse than yourself.

Why spend 2-4 months investing time in a game only to MAYBE be met with an update that rewards you with new content if you can just play something else in the meantime? That's what most people have been doing. And even if it's just a playtest, I do believe that not having any players around to play the game will impact how much more resources Valve will consider dumping into this game. Remember, the game still has to be a financial success at the end of the day.

Leaks kind of push that to the side a tiny bit by reminding the player on a weekly, or monthly basis, that their time invested into this game will be rewarded at some point even if they aren't seeing it just yet.

In my experience taking headshot booster into cold front is pretty fucking good on Ivy. The bursts of damage enable something that otherwise just doesn't happen on her. Arcane Surge is strong. EE is really strong on spirit build. I feel like transcendant cooldown is sorta too much to burn early on. This build of yours is relatively light on item CDs so building it so early feels wasteful. Superior Duration enables rejuv steals with stoneform, improves debuff duration on your ult, and even helps out your kudzu denying area for longer. Really adds up between arcane surge proc and that. Definitely introduce EE into your build here. Prioritise Vortex Web over Arctic Blast. Take those later. Get EE Rapid Recharge up first then worry about luxuries.
