A bodyshot deals 55dmg and applies 1 spark. If the second hit is a headshot it deals 110dmg and 57 explosion dmg, totaling for 167 burst damage from that second hit.
Two headshots is 110+110+57=277 which drops a large chunk of the cast.

She counters several defensive Ults and abilities (so is especially good vs any lineups leaning into bonus health). Any ability or Ult that gives a bunch of bonus health, Rocket's ult, Lokis clones and rune, etc.
I haven't tried it, but in theory should also clear all Groot walls.
Won't be amazing in most cases, but in others is can be impactful. But you will get some use out of it regardless since it heals you and applies spark anyway.
