Old news, but I'm frustrated. Executor is in a bad place if you like variety. You're the bleed/frost/poison guy, and if you want to consistently bleed, pray for a weapon that has a bleed affix because otherwise you're stuck with the katana. Want a useful ult? Nope. Your L2 takes too long to use so enemies can move out of the way. It's a glorified teammate defibrillator. Want to use Night Aspect relic? It directly conflicts with your skill because using your skill undoes any buff your weapons have. Not to mention Suncatcher has no bleed. He's just not an effective character as he is right now, which is a shame, because I love the Dawn look, his Sekiro gameplay, and even his ult. I really hope From Software gives him a makeover because this ain't it.

Normally that is accomplished by using your summons to aggro things first, learning the spells and enemies to know when is safe to cast, and grabbing a damage negation passive or two(negation while casting spells and full hp negation are both good for Rev)
The real way to have fun on Rev is to do so much damage with your relics that you never have to worry about running out of FP, and even get to disregard starlight shards for the most part.

I got a relic that starts with Blood Blade, and I just realized how little it costs on FP—it's absolutely insane on Executor. I also got that Bloodborne Rally, so you can play more aggressively. Plus, there's that relic that heals HP when roaring, which means you can be a full tank in beast mode.

Rennala is moved to carian manor and you gotta beat her to get into Raya Lucaria and the bosses there are a reskinned Lady Maria 1-to-1 and "Oedon the Primeval Current" which is just the Elden Beast but with more health and a lot of laser spam with a phase two with the bloodmoon because bloodborne. Also it's scaled for endgame despite being in Raya. Also after beating Radahn, Gael just appears in that desert and can make Blaidd mad at you forever lol

The fact that I can't two-hand claws or fists with Executor and use his skill at the same time, since if forces me to onehand them genuinely ruins any enjoyment I could get out of the class.
It's pretty funny that the character that is supposed to skillfully alternate between defense and offense in a seamless way has the most piece of shit clunky ability in the game.

The best part is that this will never get fixed because not a single soul involved in creating this game actually plays it.

The game needs more randomization, and gaols are the most appropriate way to do this. It doesn't need to be interesting per se, just random so it's always a funny little surprise. Have a gaol filled with a bunch of buffed up perfumers, or a single runebear, or the silver tear ball. You can fill them with any enemy, but buffed up, and it'll always be a lark. Hire me Ishizaki.
