Analyzing the Mina grooming allegations.
The only thing we can say conclusively is that Melody Prower was born before Tails hit his mind twenties. This is because she has an identical appearance to 15 year old Mina while Tails was 36.
This places Tails at 21 at the youngest and 24 at the oldest when she was born. Anything later and she wouldn't be a teenager. Unlike Sally, there is no timeline here that suggests he was sexually active as a minor.
However the issue here is that Mina knew Tails as a child before marrying him.
Mina doesn't interact with him much at all in Archie. We see that he taught her to fly the Tornado and that she is familiar with the friendship between Sonic and Tails. That is the most they get.
Mina is shown to be impatient and overwhelmingly intimate. More than Sega Amy. She will kiss a person on the mouth without their consent over a mild compliment. This might lead one to think she could have been predatorial towards Tails. We know from Sonic Universe that Archie Tails's character was headed to becoming a second Sonic. Perhaps Mina found that attractive.
We also know the cut off for the future is the death of Knuckles father. Everything before Scourge is created remains the same. This means the Mina that married Tails did date Ash beforehand.
By the time Ian Flynn starts writing, Mina stops interacting with Tails completely.
