i cant use the gull and from my testing, you have enough time to clear 3 temples during 1 shrine. if you use a second shrine scarab instead of a champion scarab, you can effortlessly clear all 4 temples with the shrine active BUT 1/3rd of them wont be all magic on average and the pack size is lower because the scarab gives 15% pack size. so its more like youre clearing 2 temples and at that point doing 2 champions + 1 evolving scarab is just better. its a lot faster too.

btw you can buy an unsplit amulet and use split to isolate +1 more easily if you have the funds and would rather sell the other split amulet than chaos spam another 1k times to get +1 all. if you split and fail to isolate, you now have 2 amulets which is way easier to chaos spam on cause you can alternate between them

Chaos spam and remove a prefix add a suffix beasts is what I'd do.
Essences don't work.
Harvest and fossils will spam you with % damage.
There might be some combination of fossils that block it properly but I don't think it's gonna be cost effective.
