my biggest mistake with card games was playing what I enjoyed instead of the most meta decks. this is the worst advice you can give new players and people love giving it because it makes weak opponents. in reality card game metas are intentionally constructed by the developers so that the decks in question can have rewarding decisions vs each other. if you're not playing the meta, there won't be any rewarding decisions, you'll just lose to things you can't answer, it was never a deck you were supposed to play. for SV2 it will be T0 only.
