you have to detect a smurf with 9.5cspm and 90% winrate once, whichever team gets that player, IS GOING TO WIN.

if you want to punish someone that gets reported a lot, you place them against a smurf. if you want to end someone's loss streak to improve player retention, you place them with a smurf.

everyone has a should win or should lose flag. for most people it's pretty even. sometimes you lose games that are really terrible.

how often do you see even games that aren't stomps one way or the other? one game out of 10. there's a predetermined statistically favorable winner team for almost every match.

if they determine you're a win chaser and play until you win a game you're usually going to get LLW for the day to increase your playtime so you get put on the statistically losing team for your first game of the day.

all you have to do is group winning and losing players. that's literally all you have to do. if you want to punish a racist toxic player to bully them to the point of quitting the game, just put them in the losing team 24 times in a row. most people alternate between winning team and losing team at a 50% rate. sometimes they get a win streak to climb them to the rank where they belong to balance, e.g. if a player plays more when doing LLW instead of winning their first game of the day because they don't stop tilt queuing until they get a win, their ladder rank would go down over time. when you feel like they are below their deserved rank based on cspm kp% etc., just give them a "lucky" 7 win streak where they are paired with a smurf and the enemy team has a person with a 5% disconnection rate etc. then you can make them play LLW again without them falling from their deserved rank. this is the easiest thing in the world to implement. i have a degree in statistics.

Im pretty sure the amount of degenerate stuff in Emerald is directly correlated to the decline in players and the overall low health of the playerbase. The mentally ill inting people with 500 games this month are never gonna quit as often as the normal, less autopiloting players. >Lux
W (New): Lux carves a path with her wand that grants movement speed and a shield over time to her allies for a few seconds. The path also damages and slows enemies over time for a few seconds.

E (Alter): No longer slows while it's up, instead. It deals damage over time while it's up to enemies and slows them upon detonation.

i explained it very simply. riot's goal as a company that is hosting a live service multiplayer game is to maximize playtime so the game stays active. if players reach their goal or true rank, they quit until the next rank reset.

i gave you the example where someone that wins two games in a row quits the game happy, but if they lose two games, they'll keep playing more until they win-> LLLW. that's two games more spent playing IF THEY ARE FORCED TO LOSE. if you match them with bad players, they don't quit playing, they tilt queue and play more. -> but they don't deserve to go down in rank, you're giving them intentionally retard teammates so that they would play more.

people like coach curtis say "you should always play 3 games or two losses if it's the first two games", this is because then you'll get predictable WLW WWL WWW LLW etc. instead of a massive LLLLLLW tiltqueue session. but anyway, if the player that you're giving losses they don't deserve so they would play more falls below their deserved rank, you just match them in a team with a booster like yourself a couple of times in a row until they're back.

because the tank/dps picks in MR are so much more powerful and their ults matter much more than the ones in OW you are forced to play invincibility ult supports in MR which there are only 2 REAL options and 3 "good enough" ones with the 3 other picks being throw picks
