For each role, how can you tell if someone is shit? I play a lot of vanguard and I sort of internalize the losses I get. Like "Oh, maybe if I had played better, we wouldn't have lost." But logically, maybe its not ALL my fault. How can you tell if someone is a shitter gameplay wise? Maybe even score wise? I have a hard time telling when healers are shit for sure but I think the real issue maybe luke warm shit healers. Like healers who aren't GOD awful but are slightly above that.

They have different crosshairs, as their projectile speed is different. Mag is 80 m/s while Bucky’s 180 m/s. Im not near my desk right now, so I’ll post it tomorrow. But yeah they definitely have the same requirements in terms of how you’re supposed to practice your aim. There’s a YouTube guide by Coach DSR which I found helpful

I think this is the biggest problem with rivals. As a tank, you basically have to play like a bitch so you don't over consume healer resources. Is there ever a reason to use torch’s ring of fire ability? I’ve been trying him and I feel like the optimal way to play is to alternate between the primary fire and fireballs so that you are consistently applying pressure, and then when you have enough fireballs in the same place and the opportunity presents itself, slam into them to trigger an explosion, but this means you never really have enough fire balls in reserve to make anything more than a line.

Most team ups are pretty whatever or mildly useful. Bp recall, moonknight getting invis, fastball, homing acorn, the new spidey team up etc. Then there are strong team ups, but they just make already weaker heroes more viable as a pick, like Peni getting two nests and Jeffnado. Jeff has the strongest healing output if you combine his spray with his bubbles, which you can pace out to be applied consistently all game, and it does damage while he’s healing. Thinking Jeff is a shit healer is a litmus test for IQ. You also don’t need healing AOE ults to win. Usually the enemy has 4 death ults and 2 healing ults, so there’s already 2 instances where you have to survive and ult without your healer to baby you. Also Jeff’s ult can be used to save his team from ults that have stunned them, which is incredibly valuable. So hating on Jeff’s ult is again, another litmus test for IQ.

Seems like ping spikes if your rig is shit and you get frame drops. Cap fps at 30 and see for yourself.

The key is getting a good feel with your projectiles, at least enough to consistently chain 3-5 hits on a single target. Go in the range and set up moving bots, and then work on getting 4 hits in a row on each one from varying distances. Then do the same except you counter their movement (e.g. you go left when they go right)

Also understanding your Mag-Cannon's projectile speed is crucial. It has insane range, and I've sniped weak fliers out of the air with it.

Cause Jean requires actual aim to be good with which a lot of Rivals players don't have compared to easy bullshit characters like Wolverine.
