The the other races have things going for them that keeps them competitive, Draenei are exotic and curvy in ways that humans are just not. Belfs have a smoking college girl body a fine tight ass and a svelte figure that is unrivaled. Velfs have a sultriness and suggestive edge to them that belf lack. Nelf have incredible abs and thighs and a tomboy energy that the other races can't match.
It makes sense that humans are the most appealing us being humans and them being idealized and relatable.
