While sanby was in beta the dev team took a break because of chinese holidays. It had a noticeable effect on her at release because she was released kind of undercooked. They had to release a patch fixing her because she was lacking iframes making her feel terrible to play. She's somewhat okay now but I will always feel she is tainted and underpowered because of what happened.

Technically Miyabi’s best team is Lycaon and Soukaku, so technically she requires the least rolls to get set up and working properly since those are f2p units. (That said, you are going to want her wengine, so that will cost extra rolls). Miyabi is also the strongest unit in the game. Easiest to use, too. Yuzuha is really nice, she does a great job of giving enemies the succ and gathering them plus her EX alone procs assault on the fodder enemies in Shiyu, which sets them up to instantly pop against your anomaly character.
She's definitely a character that is more than the sums of her parts.

Not confirmed, but SEED/Orpheus was leaked next patch. All that's left from the 2.X patch is Zhao, Shunguan and Manato, and Manato is classified as an A rank in the files so he'll be coming in 2.2 or 2.3. Logically they won't be releasing Idols or anyone else until they finish releasing the characters from the 2.X preview video. That leaves Zhao and Shunguang as the only Agents for 2.3 by default.

If the enemy doesn't attack often then you're out of luck. Swing Jazz is the more generalist option, the 20% energy regen is always nice but it's kind of difficult to trigger the 4pc effect when it counts.
