I've been pondering a new Half-Orc Dark Urge run and if I should try that Gloomstalker/Assassin people have talked about for years.
Isn't it kind of shit in that a build that relies on ambush/surprise would have to rely on skipping cool dialogue moments that would otherwise lead into the combat scenarios?
Still, I do like stealth in general. The alternative is doing a redeemed oathbreaker and that one I feel might be too close to Bard which I did my completionist run on.

I think it would be neat to have a summoner class a la Final Fantasy. Maybe just a subclass of some other class or give every spellcasting class access to specific summons. NEVER MIND it was turn based mode. Last time I was in turn based mode, buffed up, and changed regions through the manual loading zone. I can only assume this "froze" all timers and made the game think my buffs were all still locked into one turn. Entering turn based mode and jumping to a new turn fixed all my borked buffs.
