You can still run cerb without relying on her sevo, a lot of the time I win games by sevoing the ghosts instead of her. If you want to run 1 costs you just use her differently, preferably for max fanfare value. Not sure if this one will make the cut, but ghost in hand can certainly be useful.

but most of the times they just play Anne on turn 5-6, kills all my tempo. Then, on turn 7-8, they play Kuon that makes me waste my resources to deal with their board. On the turn I give them some breathing room, they heal, when in problems they play some DS that lets them clear my board and play another kuon i burn the rest of my cards to deal with it and when we're at the topdecking when they get their third Kuon or the next DS, it's game over that is really easy because they only have like 11 cards left.

I almost didn't start due to it, but was convinced by the engagement in these threads.
I'm decently caught up.
I do believe that in the long run for impulsive people like me the inability to vial stuff might be a good thing, if I or (you) keep playing that is.
2 core issues though:

1. new players have absolutely no chance of catching up now to 15+ lego decks that are actually fun
This means new players will build some budget deck (meaning the fun one is even further beyond reach) and they get burnt out by having to spam that for a 1000 games.

2. players that leave the game at some point will be HEAVILY disincentivized against returning ever again, because now they can't vial shit to build up a reasonable rotation collection and keep it rolling since they effectively start from zero.
Future unlimited will suffer from infinite power creep too so they will barely be able to rejoin there as well.

The combination of these two, 1. lack of new blood, 2. people who quit basically quit for good will lead to a slow bleeding of the player base I reckon.

I managed to overcome the initial barrier as a latecomer by cashing hard, but how many people will do that?
I already knew I wanted to experience the game because I had over a 1k hours in the last one on steam alone. Will others feels the same?

Any fucking card with cost reduced to 0 is good. Turn 5 tempo destroyer can get you some cheeky chip damage in with other followers. Not every craft has 1 pp delete a follower like Rune.

This is the best I could think of. A "good enough for dirt" turn 8 play with 11 sigils is Norman + Pascale spell. An argument can be made to replace Norman with Odin so that you can actually finish the game.
