your stamina options are seiun sky, manhattan, mayano, diamond, mejiro. that order is close to their ranking for pure stamina production. your rental is an MLB super creek every time you need to run a stamina card.
your power options are biwa and garbage. your second power card (the first would be a rental vodka or something niche) is your biggest hole at the moment. biwa isn't great but she's usable for production. mejiro ryan is ass. smart falcon is also ass but is rivaling your best option. might just be skill dependent (both biwa and falcon have terrible skills doe).
your MLB wit card mejiro dober is, unfortunately, the worst wit SR available for wit production and rainbow trainings (which increase your energy return). she is, however, one of the better "roaming" cards within the wit SRs because she provides good training effectiveness, mood effect, and a lot of free initial wit.

I saw three Kitasan accounts three times while rolling and ending up with the four copies account now. It took me a bit over 9 hours in total, but I do think I was extremely lucky at the end of the day.
Going for 3 copies is definitely doable, but I would never advice anyone doing this sort of thing if it ends up being miserable for them. I enjoyed the process while watching stuff on the 2nd screen and cursing everytime something stole Kitasan SSR spot.

For shadowverse it's condensed down to within expac cycles, you start with nothing and then you just play each day and you'll get every card in the set and have more currency for the next one until you're just coasting by with full collections and tons of currency
