Doing rainbow wit training restores a good bit of stamina while also giving a chip of speed.

Once you have 5+ decent MLB Support cards and you have 15+ racists, carats are very easy to save and spend only on what you truly want. Rarely we will have banners we call human rights in JP, those are like "get a card actually broken unlike Kitasan but it only works in 1 campaign, you gotta own this to be max efficient in the campaign", and you will want those. Past that you can roll for any racists you enjoy and get a huge collection, and you end up with so many carats that when you want to play more you don't even blink before pressing the button to use 10 carats as 30 RP for another run.

Only need 1 copy of a character because 3* -> 5* is like 1% more total end-of-run power instead of 300% like in Genshin where they lock core kit elements behind contellations
There's no 50/50 garbage, if you spark you just get what you want by choice, even if sparks come very slightly slower
If you don't get what you want, you usually still get something great because every banner unit enters the general pool, unlike Genshin where only dedicated garbage units (80% of which are from day 1) are in the general pool. If you miss Kitasan now you can be spooked by her on any future pull instead of being forced to wait.
No 2nd class gacha pull currency that never gives good units and only gives shit ones or rate ups
"Bad" pulls are at least real support cards or real characters + statues instead of weapons worth literally 0 value even for a brand new player.
We get regular selectors and universal uncap items for free, and they can be used on basically anything you want. Genshin has never once in it's entire life span given a true 5* selector, they gave out a piece of garbage that lets you select a 50/50 loser that was available at launch exactly once
You actually get a good start in this game, where they not only give you a random 3* from the early quest line but literally hand you a selector from the day 1 pool instantly on day 1, and day 1 horses are far more useful than day 1 Genshin 5*s
