That's the problem. At V0 the damage goes: Klukai or Springfield V6/QJ/Sharkry/QH/Vector/Maid
So you would have to remove Maid, which is the best debuff removal in the game and her future expansion key will improve her support with 10% crit damage and 15% burn damage. You can get away with that if you are using Springfield. If not, I think Maid has a clear spot in the burn team.
So QH at V0 is really situational if not completely irrelevant, since Sharkry does 200k more damage than her.

Event Challende Mode is meant to be finished by most mobile players, so the bar should be middling. The boss actually poses a challenge when you're underleveled, there were tons of posts regarding Creepy Doll, Flarebus, Ironside and Koshmar to an extent when they first released. The memories of the servants get reset after they die. Other than that the stakes are lower compared to dolls, since servants are spirits. They are dead and they are unchanging. Though some magic bullshit that affected the whole world might be able to change them or the force that summons them, but nothing like that has been close to happen.
It would be as if the commander had to complete different missions and for each missions a group of dolls goes with him. He might find more dolls during the mission. And if they die during it, they are gone, all the memories and connection they made with him during that time disappear. If they come back in the future they won't know who the commander is or what they lived together.

Starting with Belka and Androis they changed Electric dolls to be based around the Negative/Positive Charge gimmick, which is just a straight damage increase alongside healing. They were much better, but still just a Vanguard and Support. Then Leva came out and became the Electric carry character, especially at V6.

After the Daiyan incident, they decided to completely rewrite the entire game. All the early events in CN are based on the pre-rewrite storyline which is no longer canon to the game. This is also why Lenna hasn't been released yet. She was the third doll in CN but her story event was based on the pre-rewrite story so it was scrapped until recently where it was rewritten but the new story occurs after Leva's story which is much farther down in the story. So there's nothing per say, its just her story has nothing to do with the current story anymore and would make no sense if they released as is.

One thing to note about the game pre-rewrites is the game had a completely different direction before MICA changed course. People always shit on this game for being so fanservice heavy now but this is literally what CN wanted. The original stories in CN were about the dolls being strong independent dolls that need no commander and were not just sexdolls part of his harem. They had their own lives separate from the Elmo. There was no covenant system at all since the dolls did not join the Elmo, they just did their own thing and the skins were more toned down and classier fitting the character's personality.
