The Mizuki IS3 expansion week is where I would most likely expect it since JP don't respect IS and always release content at the same time. Releasing it after CC could happen, but I feel like that's less likely since they want a two week gap between operator releases (banners are up for two weeks) and they've already blown through the Shu rerun.

I highly recommend his OpRec if you haven't read it, as well as looking into "Les Fleurs du Mal", the poetry collection referenced in his skin. You start to go a little crazy after 2+ years of no substantial content for an operator...I've brushed off a lot of books just for Shalem.

The currency you use to buy them in BA is more like in between red certs and green certs, in that you get it from just playing the game, not from rolls, and isn't nearly as important as yellow certs or even green certs for your growth.
The yellow cert currency in BA which you get from rolls lets you buy mats like the yellow certs in AK, but is for max potting anyone at any time (so not like AK where the tokens might not be in the shop) since you can't buy rolls with it, so you don't really fall into the needing pots in any specific banner hole.

Yu's S3 costs 55 SP and lasts for 42 seconds at SL7 which is pretty close to a perfect rotation with Lappland's skill. The extra stats from M3 are really not worth the pain in the ass.

I'm serious, go to your dorm, it will probably look like this.
Even if you add something like Coldshot(+0.8) and Eyja with 4 wandering medics on base(+0.24) that's only 4.05+1.04, that will make my 11 morale operator make a full recovery in 2 hours 26 minutes instead of 3 hours and 3 minutes(when alone in dorm).
That isn't nothing, but that is also the absolutely highest possible bonus you can get, since I assume Yu's skill does not stack with Eyja since their text is the same.

technically the self healers can go faster (like Skadi) and you can stack theirs with the aoe and st's.
nta but Yu's dorm healing skill is almost among the best, pretty good if you use the Sui combo in your base.
