I really like the Mika alt. I keep seeing people here saying it's boring or too bland, but I think that's part of the point. It's supposed to be a "pure" design in that there's no pretentions or fancy gimmicks, no bling or accessories, no complicated hair styles. It's simply Mika, a normal girl, wearing a subdued bikini, bearing herself to Sensei - us - after having been through so much turmoil. She was never built for the glitz, the politics, the upper class - and this is reflected in the PV heavily. Even the scene where she picks up litter from the ocean while everyone else watches is highly symbolic of where Mika is right now. Her peeling nail polish represents her easily shattered exterior, but also of her current station in life. She can't afford the good stuff, so it just peels off the second it makes contact with water. But Mika doesn't care. She goes in head first, with a smile, and is ecstatic knowing she's doing a good deed.
It's beautiful. She's such a good girl.

>>531964523Oh boy, you are in for an info dump, there are some useful links here on that part "Midokuni General Resources" that details the farmable part, I will try pass the little that I know about the best missions and elephs to buy in shops. In my opinion, Iori and Aru are the best ones in the Hard missions, but Hibiki and Azuna are also great.
In the Total Assault shop I recommend Maki's and Koharu's, if you get coins to spare, go for Momoi, Akane or Azusa. For Grand Assault shop I say Natsu, the Tactical Challenge shop has Miyako's elephs, but I would recommend saving coins for energy drinks during events for example. For the Joint Firing Drill Eimi and Tsurugi are nice, but Eimi sees more use now days. The shop elephs will take some time, but you will get there.
You get gear by beating missions, the ones you can get appear on the bottom left corner of the little pop-up when you choose the stage, to upgrade them you need certain blueprints and enchancement stones, the focus would be to get your characters that can equip bags a Tier 4 one since they give defense, levelling up does help a lot, but you will need to upgrade your stuff sooner or later.
Crafting does give a lot of stuff, you can limit a bit what you can get but it's random, like blue Ray disc, technical notes and activities report, you can make gifts for the students to raise their affection and cafe furnitures, the last ones are important to raise comfort in the cafe, letting you upgrade it and get more energy and credits.

Don't worry about crafting for a while.

You can sweep stages for gear. Do so when you can't complete stages easily anymore.
Crafting mostly offers shit, and should not be done. The unique things crafting offers are furniture and gifts. Craft furniture ASAP to maximize "comfort" in your cafe for optimal AP regeneration. Craft gifts if you're a weirdo (you do not need to craft gifts, but after maxxing comfort the crafting chamber is basically only useful for gifts).
If you are curious about gift farming, this is the "tier list" for gift crafting (baring in mind there are 3 "nodes"/rings for crafting, meaning 3 potential crafts)
In Nodes 1 & 2
(Specific category) Gifts (for the student you want to give gifts to) > Gifts > "Shiny" craft (these tend to give gifts)
In Node 3
Gifts > Radiant craft (OK chance for really good gift, but ONLY here) > Shiny craft

Reisa, Suzumi, JTF, etc. All the issues people bring up are overblown. If you aren't in a position of power, chances are you'll never even know who's "in charge" in the school considering Kazusa didn't know. I see Trinity as a huge normal school as long as you aren't someone important, its the only school where you see normal school stuff going on and normal slice of life stuff going on. The fact they have both vigilantes and JTF, means the streets are much more protected than other schools so the level of danger is extremely low.
Millennium is a high pressure STEM school where if you aren't constantly winning gold medals at every competition, your club gets shut down instantly by the accountants the run the school. Doesn't really sound like a fun place unless you're already a genius.
