What perks can even help you get a down in a badham building? Bam won't do shit, by the time they've even vaulted one of those god forsaken windows they've already wasted too much of your time. Like this is one of the biggest problems with the game. Survivors have all kinds of AMAZING things to cover their weak points, stop being tunneled, stop their teammates getting tunneled, heal quick, do gens quick in the case of regression. Killer does not have perks that help them in the situations where they are the weakest or that feel the the most frustrating. It's just "welp i could do something here if i was playing blight i guess..."

Killer meme builds snuck into my algorithm somehow. The final straw that made me quit back in the day was how they gutted Freddy, which has been reworked, and play to earn is actually pretty generous with older content these days. I've already bought Spirit and Clown, learned their teachables, and have enough shards I can get another killer before the anniversary sale ends.

I've been thinking of one for a bit, but the balance always has seemed off to me. I imagine a killer who has the ability to place traps on walls that project a kind of laser that if a survivor runs through will fire an uncrouchable projectile that works like a death slinger harpoon and reel them in, with the survivor being able to drop a pallet to save themselves like houndmaster. It would be an injury if they are fully reeled in but not be able to down.

Yeah but as a SM main I'm already used to getting fucked by maps. I'd think that the trap would automatically fire at anything ~10 meters but also be able to be manually activated to fire around 16 or so. The killer would have an unlimited amount like SM drones but survivors could permanently break the traps after an interaction

Chucky sized killer from Small Soldiers or imitating it that can build little scrap traps and cars. Knee high traps that shoot forks and random shit into a survivor to hook them and start pulling them in. Killer in a little car can race over to the trapped survivor

As a SM main and trap killer fan I love traps. But my second favorite archetype has to be stealth killers. And why I love SM so much over other trap killers. There is something so satisfying about springing onto an unsuspecting survivor. My favorite stealth killer is Ghostface.
