Then Old Tales hits like a truck (even more so) when you have the context of how the Crystal Region events unfold after meeting Grave. There's also Blabla mission side stories that happen after 32 where they hint at Old Tales and go into Cinderella's heart a bit.
Hopefully SU implement a proper timeline sooner so that newer players can experience the story in the best possible way with all it has to offer.

Honestly, most of the nikke in game anime have been pretty bad. They were hyping the Cinderella one but it looked kind of ugly to me, same with the red hood one. Characters kind of look off model. The best one is the Laplace one, and the animation wasn't the best but Laplace looked amazing/on model, I like how they substituted a weak animation with creative angles for her "fight", I also like seeing how creative low budget anime studios can get to make their poorly animated stuff look nice with artistic flair. The Chapter 1 animation was alright but Rapi looked off to me.

I like the game and I love my Nikkes but the campaign is too depressing. The Ark is terrible and full of shitty people most commanders are horrible, Syuen is a brat in need of some desperate rape correction and the central government is just fucking awful.
I can play an watch depressing movies but this is a gacha game if it succeeds it means it will go forever. So constant never ending suffering for our characters with some glimmers of hope and then back to suffering.

You could probably switch MMast or THelm for CLud for a bit less overall dmg and Siren could be switched for Liter, but nobody uses regular Doro. MAnchor instead of Crown works too, but it's definitely less dmg
So yeah, I think DoroS is replacing QEQ now, but maybe on smaller bosses with consistent core QEQ would still be better. Although technically QEQ was already out of the best water comp since previously it was Siren, Crown, THelm, CLud, MMast and only if you wanted to save MMast and maybe Siren for a wind team you'd use Liter, Crown, QEQ, THelm, CLud instead.
DoroS could also be used in the SG comp, but that would only be a thing in SR most likely.

As generous as Nikke's rates are, there's no pity at all. You can go on a massive string of losses that annihilate your stash with nothing to show for it. It's far better to use gold miles as a safety net to catch yourself on units you want/tell 1% banners to go fuck themselves so you can hedge your bets on 2% banner units. One of the few times dupes really do matter that much is for the purposes of campaign pushing and PvP since 2% stats push your power up at the same time as raising that unit stats, so the 2% ends up compounding with each LB across your team. In Solo Raid, those dupes aren't going to mean shit unless you're full sending every single time with Core+7 for 20% stats across the board. 6% stats from MLB in comparison is fucking peanuts and unlikely going to push you past any meaningful thresholds compared to good gameplay and overloads.
