No, danchou hasn't instituted any such things yet and I think that'll be forever off the table given how he is. Some players averaged 8k per day or something but even if you're worried about your score, his guides and demos should help bring your score up. It's just about you being willing to contribute!

Our requirements are to do your patrols and manually complete at least 3 Gunsmoke boss runs a day during a season. 3 hits are required and there is a hard 5k score requirement per run. Internal platoon guides and demos are available to help anyone who'd like to improve.
We'll probably hit level 9 sometime before the end of next Gunsmoke so we'll need 4 in reality.

I don't kick over underperformance in regards to scores but if you're missing days consistently a more casual platoon might be best for you. That said if you let me know what's going on generally I don't see the need to do anything.

HOXY? is looking for 4 new members to join. Our current goal is to upkeep Top 10, which, by the numbers, is doable with 33/39 of our members. You can see a breakdown of our scores in pic related.
We are close enough to the +40%DMG bonus from level 9.33 and after that experience is reached, the daily patrol expectation will be removed. The stat boost from that platoon experience is way too big to delay, but after that platoon experience is meaningless.
Ideally, I do want to fill the clan with people hitting for 13k/day or higher, but at this point I'm willing to allow any anon that simply wants to try their hand at playing the game. As long as three hits are done, two of which are reasonable, I won't be replacing members.

In case you're wondering, Qiuhua's core mechanic is called Scorch Mark, which builds stacks when burn DMG is inflicted to the target afflicted with that status and detonates at the end of the turn, resetting the stack count (at V1+, her ult detonates the stacks while not resetting the count, so it happens twice per turn). At V6, the cap is removed (the normal cap is 12) and her damage output becomes the highest in the current version of the game. However, Klukai and Springfield are still better in terms of account value because they're way more flexible and can be put in the most diverse teams while Qiuhua is exclusively mono burn.

There will never be a 100% "pure" platoon in the sense that every single member have been there from the beginning of 4chan guaranteed with receipts to prove it. But there's still a wide gulf of difference between someone who recruits directly from reddit or discord, and someone who at least tries to do their due diligence and checks for profile notes and asks if they lack something there.
Also, as you know there's a recruitment shortage. It makes perfect sense that some platoons will get members while others do not. It could be as simple as a name someone likes, or how its advertised, or even just timing and seeing the right post at the right time.
Finally, there's also situations where members leave, but then return later on. Or one member convinces a friend in a different /gflex/ platoon to swap over. Or a platoon simply never culls members for one reason or anther. Plenty of reasons why things might appear different from one platoon to the other.

Platoon activity only matters until level 9.33 since the 40% damage boost is a very large increase to potential score (roughly +10% score). This turns nearly all decent teams into kills which is satisfying since it lets you run units you otherwise couldn’t. Keeping inactives slows down this progression by falsely pretending that the platoon doesn’t need members. If we were honest about the member counts, we’d easily see that we could consolidate with ease

There is absolutely no incentive to do gunsmoke, so I can see why hardly anyone gives a fuck. We just had a ranking event in gfl1, and the extra reward of a cosmetic soda hat was enough to have people try harder than they would've otherwise. The map was kind of dogshit and the red bean deathstacks mandating P10C as one of the only solutions was absolutely annoying, but people were willing to put up with it for the hat (and extra fairies and gems from 1M score and whatnot). It also helps that gfl1 has a more diverse range of solutions than gfl2, by far. Having the option to skip deathstacks by sacrificing score is nice, and I wish gfl2 gave enough of a fuck about its game design to offer alternatives to "just run the 3 staple teams, cleanse every other turn, and use the same rotation regardless of boss."

If you have more limited dolls in your roster, you can replace Colphne and Cheeta with Reissi and Vector. You'll kill the boss significantly faster with this comp with the additional support attacks depleting its armor more quickly.
For phase 2 I really advise against using Suomi because the boss retaliates with the acid spits every time it suffers dmg that doesn't exploit its weaknesses. Hence why Springfield is so good there (and I didn't even have her V1 in that picture) because she applies water weakness before her attack, which allows you to bring Tololo to this fight. And while the boss isn't weak to ice, Makiatto's attacks exploit its ammo weakness. Groza with her expansion key is also mandatory until we get Andoris (though Papasha is probably capable of handling the frontal charge attacks with her robot as well,, but Groza makes it really smooth on top of providing additional utility).
