It sucks to level up but you absolutely need it. Gilding it makes it so that you get the MR required points once it's back to zero, and can use one more arcane on it. There are two meta arcanes on the Zariman that you need, Eternal Onslaught and Eternal Eradicate, both can be dropped on that tile set via Void Angels, or better bought from Cavalero. (It's also 20k Zariman standing to unlock the other arcane slot on your new gilded amp.)
Also, what's a good amp? I love the 147, or the 547. x4x is the secondary shot that makes it possible to revive easily with Last Gasp (a skill unlocked through Unairu focus school.)
With Madurai skills and one of these good amps + the arcanes, it's possible to kill high level enemies with the amp.

I had Mesa before I started playing Revenant. She's super fun. Her aimhack skill is so busted, and you can get some serious damage reduction and survivability with her 2, 3 and the augment and Adaptation mod. Not as tanky as Revenant but still good. Revenant needs a good weapon to kill stuff, while Mesa just needs her exalted pistol.

I personally use Revenant when I want to breeze through missions after work. But I have a lot more fun with Mesa. Other good all-rounder frame is Titania, can get 98% damage reduction if you build for it.

Personally, I would just get Revenant first since it's just so busted and you can ignore a lot of the damage in game.

Kullervo is great, doesn't need that much investment to be good. Same with Saryn. Mesa is another good frame but for a newer player you'll run into energy problems which are fixed once you unlock stuff like the helminth system, arcanes, and shards.

I wouldn't recommend Garuda to a new player. She relies on spamming her ability that trades health for energy and you don't have the frame arcane or operator arcane that heals health.

All those 4 top tier in their own rights. Kullervo is a funny case that his ability is so good if you Subsume him and shove that power in any melee-based Warframe it will be an abomination that can kill anything in the game.
Kullervo's 1 is essentially a Fatal Teleport from Ash that instead of a Finisher deals a Heavy attack. Except this Heavy Attack has a super enhanced crit chance that leaves a buff for like a dozen seconds that give a flat crit chance increase.
For example: an Excalibur with Kullervo's Wrathful Advance will have like a dozen seconds firing beam slashes that will red crit anything they touch. An Ash with Kullervo will deal red crit finishers. An Atlas with that skill will deal red critting AoE punches.

Do you understand? This single skill has absurd synergy. And Kullervo himself has a skill that marks everyone in a cone area and if he slices a nigger inside that area everyone will receive the same damage. He curses a group of people, deal a red crit teleport heavy attack and everyone drops dead. And if it's an enemy he can't teleport to, he can just trigger the buff and shank the guy on red critting generic melee attacks anyway.

How do I make my operator/drifter SP capable? I'm running a 774 from my tridolon days but I hear that other prisms are better for non-tridolon content these days. And what arcanes should I be using? I was doing early SP with Rhino, Nataruk and Xoris. Then I got myself a Titania Prime and I used her a lot more. Her mobility and exalted weapon are really great.
There's Xaku also and you can cheese missions with permanent invisibility and let her turrets do all the work. It might take longer but it's pretty comfy. I use Xaku for mainly farming collectables and box breaking.
Revenant is my 'too-tired-to-play-but-I-still-need-to-do-dailies' frame. He's just so busted with his damage immunity. Get a good weapon with Revenant and you can clear a lot of SP missions.

For Spy you can also just use a Shade with the Ghost mod. SP spy missions has a lot enemies so you'll be permanently invisible all the time anyways. Use that strategy with something like Ivara or Wukong then you can finish spy missions without alerting anything.

For rescue I like using Titania. Speed is the best here. Once you rescue the prisoner you rush to the exit as fast as possible. Even if the NPC is bleeding out you can still extract and finish the mission. I think you have around 20 seconds to get to the exit.

Fastest for Spy and Rescue is Loki or Ash. Neither get some sort of speed penalty or have some limitation for going invis and both have teleports. Loki is a bit better than Ash since his invis has a longer duration and he can teleport with his own decoy which lets you skip A LOT in spy vaults.

This game doesn't really do the whole "not worth playing in current year" thing. All content is free other than some cosmetics. There's always stuff being added. There was no golden age where things were better. There were some dark ages where things were worse though. Nerfs happen but they are closer to balancing than actual nerfs. Cloud Walker is good for the vaults but it has too short of a duration to stay that way the whole mission.
Loki is the best brain dead "skip the mission frame" because if you build for duration you get a solid minute of invis and can just ignore the entire level that way. Then while you're at it you can combo it with Hushed Invis and delete the whole level with silent explosives that also count for stealth kill affinity bonuses. Farm while you farm.

Hard disagree, Ivara's cloak slowing you to a crawl and breaking if you use a non silent weapon OR if you parkour at all has always sucked. The augment slightly increasing your movement speed and stacking roll mods to roll faster is just a bandaid to that fact. It never felt good.
I'll take Loki or Ash's completely unrestricted movement + teleporting wherever you want over Ivara any day. Pressing 2 every 60 seconds isn't bad.

What can I do if Netracell mission doesn't spawn enemies?

Stuck at Netracell Alert Level 56% for minutes. No enemies. Before that I got stuck at 69% but there were a couple of enemies crfawling in every now and then. Then knocked that bot down, got a bunch of enemy spawns - aaaand stuck at 56%.

Well the farming would be really long but progressing the game itself not as much of an issue.
We are encouraged to do that cause once we get something it’s 12 hours to 3 days to leave it being forged. In case of a Warframe, it’s both since it’s 12 hours the separate parts and 3 fulls days to produce a Warframe from it.
So say you take an hour to farm all of Revenant’s components on Earth, it’s best for you to go and find your way to progress Venus while he is being made to maximize your time.
The progression to unlock the planets needs you to do the Story Quests which will explain a bit in what’s going on but since you watched a lore video this means you might have spoiled yourself.
Any preferences in playstyle? Magic creatures you like? The range is pretty big here. Unfortunately if your answer is something like “magician” it’d take days playing for you to unlock the entire path into Deimos to get Dante.

Soulframe is actually pretty chill and seems like it has pretty solid bones to it. Basically after War Within you can make adversaries. A Grineer larvling you kill will inherit some of your powers and become deathless. You'd need to hunt the fucker all the way to Saturn and then you get his weapon once you kill him. That's how you get Kuva Brahma

Garuda is -technically- invincible but you have to faceroll your keyboard at all times. Has better weapon platform and aoe potential.
Valkyr is -functionally- invincible until you hit high 4x digit levels. Has much stronger melee damage.

Both now have pretty bodacious proportions, too. Previously I would have given the edge to 'ruda.

Excalibur Prime is contractual, which tencent inherets even if they dissolve DE.
He is never coming back. At best, they might make him usable in some content where you can level him and his weapons for Mastery. But he will never be available for ownership and use in regular contract if you didn't buy his package back then.

You need kills to get stacks for Galvanized. That lower crit chance means you'll be killing slower. Does this mean someone using the umbral mod is going to clear a room faster, because they have that higher crit chance, maybe enough to proc red crits almost continuously if they have the right weapon? Maybe someone will test it some day, but basically it's higher max speed vs higher acceleration, which is better completely depends on the length of the race.
