His feet should probably be even bigger, because that's more functional.
I like his knee pads, it's both armor and stable kneeling function so the pilot can climb in/out easier. Practical and thematic because they match S11's colours.

His black clothes is just another layer of armor. That's practical.
His chestplate is another layer of frontal armor, and that's also practical.
Armguard is practical to have.
I like the shoulder guard design, if he was gigantic, we could station 2 agent on his shoulder platform and play tower defense Seed edition.

I'm actually happy with the design as it is. He is probably very similar to how I would design a walking mecha.
Except I would give him some extra storage backpack, maybe large enough to evacuate 1 person.

But with this type of fully armored design, the developers have an obligation to match it with near-indstuctible defensives in the game mechanics.
I'm not going to roll Seed if he is easily killed.
But I will roll him if his mechanics match his extreme armour design.
