What I had in mind when I made that up was to make things as easy for the casuals as possible WHILE not making everyone else in the group feel like they're carrying deadweight. So what I came up with is for the bottom few to have around half of what the top few has.
I understand this is a system not everyone will like. But the reason this club was made was to offer exactly that balance.
