Nta, but issue isn't Rover killing Phrolova. That part is fine. They were initially going to try to kill each other for the gem, both knew it, plus Phrolova just wanted to die anyways, even if she couldn't.
Problem is Rover acting like a fucking hypocrite again, like he did in every single update ever since Black Shores, and refusing to accept that he's a psycho and isn't right about some things. And the difference here is, that unlike all previous cases when Rover acted like a retard, this time it didn't work out. He lost the gem, didn't stop Scar or Cristoforo from continuing their plans, and killed Phrolova despite the possibility of keeping an alliance. Basically, the only thing he achieved was stopping Fenrico, and that mostly happened thanks to Phrolova.
